Abstract
Sports that regard low body weight as a prerequisite to success often display higher rates of low energy availability (LEA) and relative energy deficiency in sport (RED-S) within their athlete population. Previous research in dance has focused on individuals trained in classical ballet, finding them to be at high risk for LEA and RED-S, but little is known about dancers of other genres.
